There's No Intelligence in Artificial especially Generative

Ever since 2022 which was the Dawn of ChatGPT there has been a craze in Generative Artificial Intelligence. There is a major difference between the Gen AI and Real AI, Real AI has been with us for as long as we can remember it has made major breakthroughs possible from the 1980s Apple Macintosh and Even the Apple iPhone in 2007 to just create a simple feature we take for granted to Scrolling to find our Contacts. Even coding as old as time has used AI to help solve problems that in 2025, we think are so simple and die heart. Now in a Gen AI world we have AI Slop gracing our screen. YouTube Ads are mostly AI scams that pop up now. AI Slop app Sora 2 is losing money and trying to compete with TikTok although Sora 2 isn't doing anything Open AI promised it would be. What happened to fighting cancer, or solving poverty, or even making us money. This myth of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) which keeps the Investors happy and dumping money into a product that is still hypothetical and probably isn't happening as Open AI claims in 2026. This is also harming the consumers when most of the U.S. economy is based on this developing technology. ChatGPT even in it's 5th version still makes mistakes and isn't intelligent. Siri isn't intelligent and many have called it dumb. There is so much to work to do to keep everyone safe and stop this dystopian mess. And we will deal with the humanoid robots another day.
